Creative Alliance, the largest Advertising Agency in the region, is looking for a Senior Digital Designer/Developer to join its fast growing Interactive Department. We’re looking for someone with a strong design background who can help our clients get to the next level on-line and who can eventually grow into a Design leadership position in the Agency.

About You:
You are an Internet and Media Junkie, always looking to check out the latest and greatest on-line with an eye toward design, aesthetics, and user interface. You have a great portfolio to share that includes Flash design and implementation, Web Site design, banner ads, and maybe an Adobe Air app or Flash Game. You have some Web Dev skills and are a quick learner. You understand that on-line advertising does not equal just websites and you embrace the idea of Web 2.0, Social Media, and are looking to move forward with the next great leaps on-line.

Responsibilities
•    Work to develop initial design and front-end implementation of web sites and on-line advertising promotions.
•    Help to implement all website projects on the backend.
•    Create mock-ups and develop page layout and navigation for projects
•    Work with a cross-functional team of Developers, Art Directors, and Account Managers to produce cutting edge Interactive work that exceeds our client’s expectations.


Technical Requirements:
•    Advanced skills with Flash, Papervision, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Cross platform/browser issues.
•    Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Action Script, and AJAX.
•    Ability to perform QA testing and make updates/changes to existing web pages.
•    Knowledge of the Joomla content management platform is a plus.

Skills/Experience:
•    A passion for great design, with an excellent eye for color, composition, interface design, and typography.
•    Strong organization and communication skills..
•    Prior experience in an Interactive or Ad Agency setting is preferred but not required.


Education:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation: commensurate with experience.

Relocation expenses will be paid.
