Work in Mountain View and be a part of our Small Business Solutions team!  Due to our tremendous growth, we are currently seeking a Senior-level Product Manager with passion for Customer Driven Innovation to deliver functionality and solutions that WOW customers.

 

Responsibilities:

·          Provide product vision and work closely with development, marketing, and Customer Care organizations and participates actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

·          Research current and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs and turn that customer insight into actionable business and technical product requirements and plans.

·          Take proactive ownership for good outcomes and anticipate potential risks, putting appropriate mitigation plans in place.

·          Act as an internal and external customer advocate, evangelist, and expert for QuickBooks Online Edition functionality developed for each release.

·          Establish and communicate priorities and make smart, informed tradeoffs.

·          Communicate and share vision and plans to the broader Small Business Division, to gain momentum and identify synergies.

 

Requirements:                                                        

  • Minimum 5 years Product Management with Online Software/Services.
  • Track record of strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management, customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell marketing.
  • Experience in developing offerings with third parties/partners.
  • Bachelor's required. MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel overseas on a quarterly basis.
