Live and work in Plano, TX and be a part of our Accounting Professionals Division (APD) team!  Due to our tremendous growth, we are currently seeking a seasoned Director/VP of Product Management to partner with the Vice President in providing overall leadership to the Product Management team during a time of significant change for the APD organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through innovation activities, developing product & service roadmaps, aligning resources against the highest priority initiatives, coaching product management teams on effective execution, and partnering with teams across APD and Intuit in order to deliver new products and services.
  • Build innovation pipeline and offering roadmap that accelerates the solutions we bring to the market to support our strategy.
  • Role model and implement new approaches and concepts for successfully launching a large number of new offerings with rigor and speed.
  • Build and lead a high-performance Product Management team. Expand the team’s skills in the areas of strategic thinking, problem solving, project execution and effective communication.
  • Serve as the leading customer advocate and evangelist. Instill voice of the customer throughout the organization to ensure that Intuit offers all its customers a truly great end-to-end user experience.
  • Partner with other leaders in APD, improve efficiency in the way we bring all solutions to the market, so that we can shift resources to drive more innovation and bring new solutions to the market.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with a leading Strategic Management Consulting firm.
  • Minimum 3 years Product Management Leadership experience at the Enterprise level over Web-based consumer/small business solutions.
  • Experience operating at the "C" level of Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Significant experience driving customer research, business case development and requirements definition
  • MBA degree from tier-one school required.
