Due to our tremendous growth, we are currently seeking a seasoned Web Development Manager with passion for Customer Driven Innovation to drive the rapid delivery of web based solutions in support of campaigns, product launches and broad marketing initiatives that leverage a series of key intuit web properties.
Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a cross-functional a team of web developers, designers, and QA professionals.
- Manage the AI.com, Lacertesoftware.com, and ProSeries.com websites.
- Oversee the ongoing technical/functional development across the team while influencing and driving continual process improvements more broadly across Intuit's development community.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience in Front-End Web Development with an emphasis on the Presentation Layer and Marketing Content.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing Web development teams.
- Strong knowledge of web 2.0, and J2EE development best practices and patterns.
- Experience with ATG Commerce and Interwoven technologies or equivalent technologies.
- Proficient with Web technologies (HTTP, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, etc.).
- Strong database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
