We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Campaign Manager to work closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers in overseeing the day-to-day relationships with CI Clients and their Agents. This includes executing ad delivers, campaign progress, and optimizing campaigns. This position will provide ongoing quality assurance support which includes updating/maintaining detailed campaign reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

     The Ad Operations Campaign Manager is a key member of the Operations group and is responsible for facilitating the integration of advertising across various platforms to leverage Coupons Inc. technology into client's promotional campaigns. This position requires an individual with high energy, exceptional customer service experience, and dedication to owning and producing "on-time" project-deliverables.

Position Responsibilities:

·          Utilizes Consumer Marketing experience and knowledge to orchestrate successful interactions between online advertisers/agencies and publishers.

·          Provides dedicated customer service to Sales Executives, Clients, and Account Managers; leverage media expertise to act as in-house resource for questions, performance input, conference call, etc.

·          Manages the Coupons.com ad server including: the running of creative; set-up and scheduling of campaigns; forecasting inventory; and, establishing automated reporting.

·          Executes Ad Deliverables providing QA, best practice guidelines, expert insight and recommendations regarding ad placement. Controls the final release/authorization of all ads placed.

·          Optimizes revenue through prioritization, calendaring and inventory planning. This includes predicting and managing inventory in relation to site traffic and managing over/under delivery of campaign.

·          Maintains and keeps current the calendars for all sales, including Promotion, Editorial, Sponsorship, Added-Value, etc.

·          Provides regular status reports to Clients Sales and Account Managers - along with billing details to Finance.

·          Performs post-campaign and conversion analyses and includes in end-of-run Campaign Recaps.

·          Makes recommendations for improved performance, during the ad run and afterwards for next buy.

·          Completes special projects as defined by Client Services Manager.


Position Qualifications:

·          Bachelors Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).

·          4+ years in interactive marketplace. Research, analysis and understanding of implementation processes for successful campaign strategies.

·          Minimum of 2 years experience managing day to day operations of an ad server (DART, Atlas or Right Media). Right Media experience is a plus.

·          Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience interfacing with clients and agencies over the phone, on conference calls and in email.

·          Creative thinker with strong project management, analytical, and problem solving skills.

·          Experience writing RFP's as well as interfacing with Sales and Marketing on client introduction calls.

·          Ability to interface and negotiate with Engineering, Marketing and Sales integrating client needs to create and deliver successful launch of Ad Campaigns.

·          Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and internet browser tools

·          Aptitude and dedication to thrive in a dynamic and deadline oriented environment

·          Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
