Description/Job Mission Statement:
The Clear Capital PMO is seeking a creative, team-oriented, entrepreneurial individual with experience managing people and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  Clear Capital has built a reputation on unmatched service, technology, and accommodation to customer needs.  To succeed in this environment, the Technical Project Manager must have excellent communication, organization, and management skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Own, lead, and manage technical web development projects to overall success
·         Communicate project statuses in a timely manner serving as an effective information manager between senior stakeholder, business units, and technical/other teams
·         Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets and tasks list
·         Conduct and facilitate project kick-off, team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and risk management
·         Track/manage projects from initiation to successful completion, identify and escalate issues, and resolve problems and changes
·         Facilitate setting of technical, functional and business requirements, estimate duration and resource needs, and develop project plans
·         Support and promote quality assurance goals for all projects

Required Skills and Experience:
·         Friendly, customer centric (internal and external), motivated, focused personality
·         Strong background in web applications development and full Software Development Life Cycle experience
·         Experience in problem solving, process improvement methods, and business re-engineering methods
·         Ability to define project management processes, tools and templates as required for the project
·         Use of Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills required in tandem with diplomacy and organizational awareness
·         Effective writing skills with emphasis on succinct and clear information communication
·         Understand and represent Executive Management's perspective, issues, and requirements
·         Skilled in the use of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
·         Comfortable in a fast paced environment
·         Bachelors Degree and 4+ years experience in project management methodologies
·         QA experience, PMP Certification, Total Quality Management training, Six Sigma training, meeting facilitation training, and process mapping experience are pluses
·         Knowledge of financial services industry including loan valuation outsourcing a plus
