The company has an experienced world-class management team formerly from Yahoo!, DoubleClick, Oracle, Microsoft and Rhythm New Media with leading technology and domain expertise. We are seeking software engineers with experience and interest in one or more of the following areas: Ad Serving - Experience building scalable, high performance, high availability distributed systems - C, C++, Perl, caching technologies like memcached, gdbm - Linux, Apache - Knowledge of fast and efficient selection, inventory management and ranking algorithms a huge plus Backend Data Processing, Analysis, and Modeling - Efficiently process and handle large amounts of data (terabytes) ETL - Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra, MySQL, Perl, RegEx, C/C++, Linux - Build recommendation and optimization models and algorithms - Knowledge of machine learning, collaborative filtering, and clustering a plus Frontend Web Applications - PHP, Perl, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, AJAX - HTML, xHTML, CSS, Apache, MySQL, memcached - Flash, Actionscript 2.0/3.0 and Flex - Exposure to good UED principles a plus Competitive salary, stock options and benefits such as full health coverage.
