Bebo, Inc. is currently looking for an Ad Ops Manager who will report to and work directly with the Director of Advertising Operations. Responsibilities encompass the production, implementation, and manage the optimization of all online campaigns through our ad servers.  In addition the role will need to ensure the effective exchange of information and assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate and timely posting of online ad campaigns.

Daily and ongoing responsibilities will include:

  • Manage ad serving system and integration projects.
  • Advise/consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell-thru reporting.
  • Liaise with International account management team regarding planning, prioritization, scheduling and delivery of campaigns.
  • Supply finance team with projection and delivery reports and end of the month reporting.
  • Implement optimization efforts throughout a campaign; manage delivery, testing, and trafficking of all ad creative.
  • Provide Account Management to advertising clients.
  • Manage the ad network campaigns.
  • Screen incoming creative to uphold content restrictions and quality assurance.
  • Monitor client activity to ensure satisfaction and swift problem resolution; proactively investigate discrepancies with clients, agencies and third-party platforms.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in ad operations working with online ad sales teams preferably with an Internet publisher or advertising agency; good grasp of the online advertising industry.
  • Significant familiarity working with DART preferably, and/or one of the major ad serving or inventory management solutions (Falk, Atlas, 24/7 etc.).
  • Comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics: conversions, CPM's, CPA’s
  • Familiarity with rich media tags, basic understanding of Java Script and basic HTML.
  • Previous client services or account management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Team Player with a great, positive attitude
  • Ability to work in fast-paced start-up and juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Must be organized and possess great attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree required
