Responsibilities:

- Become an internal and external champion, evangelist, and expert for Small Business products, services and community
- Drive a cross-functional team to develop a vision and strategy for our future mobile solutions
- Develop deep understanding of focus customer and competitive landscape
- Internalize and represent the "Voice of the Customer" to the team throughout the product lifecycle
- Create offering vision and strategy including short-term execution-oriented roadmap
- Turn customer insight into actionable business and product requirements
- Lead cross-functional development, marketing and support teams to execute strategy and deliver results
- Actively analyze products’ business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions

Qualifications:

- Can be a strong influential leader of a cross-functional team
- Has a strong drive and curiosity to come up with ideas, identify opportunities and create compelling product visions
- Considers themselves an ambitious self-starter
- Has a passion, and a proven track record, for delivering experiences that delight customers
- Knows the mobile ecosystem and has experience with mobile solution development...someone with demonstrated experience of making significant contributions to a successful mobile product launch
