The Intuit QuickBase team is looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Software Engineer in Quality to provide leadership in the development of automated test suites and platforms for one of the industry's most successful SaaS businesses. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.

Candidates must demonstrate success in the following areas:

* Development of automated test frameworks in an agile development environment.
* Building testability into software products.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Definition of quality best practices and the ability to lead their adoption across the product development team.

* BS Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
* Experience with distributed environments in a Microsoft Windows Server, Web and applications servers and SQL Server topology.
* Development and implementation experience using JAVA, C# or other programming languages.
* Knowledge and experience with automated testing of web applications from a functional, performance, integration and unit test perspective.
* Demonstrated success within a hi-functioning test driven development environment a strong plus.
* Good understanding of source management techniques and discipline, preferably with Subversion or Perforce.
* Experience testing multi-tier web applications.
* Experience with SQL & databases a strong plus.
* Proven problem solving behaviors.
* Ability to motivate and mentor junior and senior staff a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a small, highly accountable development environment.
