It's a tall task, with the very highest expectations. So we seek a seasoned security manager who can lead people and teams to lift IFS to new heights of safety and security. He/she must demonstrate a deep understanding of security principles that underlie the design and upkeep of secure systems, infrastructure and processes. He/she must understand the technologies, processes and techniques to monitor, identify and investigate security anomalies across the company’s production and internal systems. IFS, an Intuit company (NASDAQ: INTU), headquartered in Calabasas, CA, is the leading online banking provider to over 1700 banks and credit unions nationwide.
We're looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our Security organization as a Senior, Manager of Security Monitoring and Response. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and to oversee the important roles of security monitoring, fraud and incident management for company that handles billions of dollars and protects the finances of millions of people.
The Senior, Manager of Security Monitoring and Response position requires in-depth understanding of security technologies, eagerness to continually learn, a good business sense, teamwork, courage, superior communication skills and a collaborative attitude. The Senior, Manager of Security Monitoring and Response position is responsible for monitoring an array of technologies and devices dedicated to uncovering and managing fraud emanating from inside and outside the company. When fraud occurs, this role oversees incident management and is responsible to bring issues to successful closure with operations, engineering, senior management, customer management and law enforcement. This role will work in close conjunction with many people and departments across the business to drive security principles and values, The Security Fraud Manager position requires strong interpersonal and management skills to effectively team with the business while propagating and maintaining the highest of security standards in a regulated, financial services company.
Qualifications
BS or equivalent relevant experience with at least 10 years of security management experience
Extensive knowledge of information security processes, tools and technologies
Stong knowledge in security Forensics and Investigation methods
Good understanding of the technologies used to monitor, track and resolve fraud and information security incidents
Demonstrated track record of providing security monitoring, fraud and incident management support of highly sensitive, Internet-exposed applications and platforms
Ability to effectively communicate with customer executives, senior auditors, law enforcement and senior company management
Collaborative and solutions orientated, with a track record of building teams and working through obstacles
Knowledge of attack vectors used against Internet-based high value online offerings
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent presence, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
Ability to manage competing priorities, be self-directed and provide insightful oversight to team of talented security personnel
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations
Prefer online banking experience
Prefer strong background in SIEM technologies and forensic analysis
CISSP or equivalent industry designation
