Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Long term contract

 

Description:

·        Outstanding PHP5 and exceptional JavaScript. Must have extensive experience with Web services, WSDL, XML, and SOAP. Must have PDFlib experience.

·        Over 2 years professional web development experience in the financial industry. Strong analysis, design and implementation experience utilizing Web 2.0 technologies and relational database management systems.

·        Knowledge of Java, IBM Rational Application Developer or equivalent, JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g. JQuery), AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, Oracle, SQL/SQL Developer, Apache, nginx, Linux (Ubuntu), PuTTY/SSH, agile development/XP practices, OO design principles and patterns, secure coding best practices, and National Financial Services xTRADING API is a plus.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·        Responsible for the development of Web-based financial planning and security trading software in a team environment. Actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.

Computer Science Bachelors degree

Engineer Expert (5 years required)
