POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Sys Admin assists all teams end to end to design and deploy a scalable application solution to provide an excellent customer experience. This is a senior design role that requires an in depth analysis of requirements to determine the best solution including but not limited to application technology selection, configuration, high availability clustering and system architecture. The Senior Sys Admin is involved end to end: analyze requirements, design solution, build solution, troubleshooting, train support staff, and deploy solution. The Senior Sys Admin is engaged for different products across different business segments and must maintain an enterprise wide view.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Demonstrate leadership qualities and decision-making ability in the support of Internet Banking Operations.

· Assignments are of a highly complex nature requiring technical knowledge and experience to develop and implement unique solutions.

· Develops and implements application standards. Automates routine tasks as appropriate.

· Design and implement tools to improve and scale the overall infrastructure.

· Work with developers to design a quality solution and optimize system resource utilization.

· Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

· Promote and demonstrate an attitude of teamwork and cooperation.

· Train Operations production support teams on new product releases.

· Assist other teams with complex application-related troubleshooting as needed.
