Come join Intuit as part of the Web/Marketing/Growth team as a Sr. Web Analyst to drive testing and analytics. The primary goals of the position are to drive and support growth by:

a) Creating/maintaining a testing culture that rapidly tests, measures, and iterates, and

b) Measuring ongoing marketing programs to ensure clear understanding of program success/impact from an ROI and total revenue perspective.

The ideal candidate will be a strong user of clickstream and business intelligence tools, have the ability to quickly learn new tools as necessary, as well as the desire and ability to use whatever other means are necessary to ensure accurate and actionable data. The candidate will also have a strong sense of urgency and the skills to test the most impactful areas as quickly as possible to drive growth. This candidate will also have significant experience and success in building a scalable testing organization to support growth in volumes of testing.

Primary responsibilities will include the following:

Develop scalable processes and structures to enable team to efficiently manage increased volume of testing
Support testing and program measurement using clickstream and business intelligence tools, combined with accurate tracking set up
Own the accuracy of all data personally generated
Work with finance team to ensure that all data reported synchs with their view
Proactively derive insights from data to suggest, design, and implement tests to drive growth, de-prioritizing tests likely to have little impact on growth
Work with marketing to determine test idea priorities; ensuring likely biggest impact tests/areas are prioritized

Maintain the overall test schedule, ensuring maximum speed of testing/growth
Design and implement tests to ensure actionable outcomes and accurate metrics
Determine test outcomes (i.e. when statistically significant)

Work with research team to round out quantitative data with qualitative data
Report program performance/test outcomes in dashboard or specific test format
Provide analysis and action recommendations based on data

Qualifications:

3-4 Years working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics
2 Years experience in advanced web analytics methodologies: experimentation and testing experience required
High level of expertise with business intelligence tools, three plus years, such as Brio, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos, etc. with experience writing and tuning sql queries
Experience and success in building a scalable testing organization to support growth in volumes of testing
Relevant industry experience reporting and analyzing performance of online marketing activities
Strong history of driving maximum ROI/LTV in programs/testing
Outstanding ability to clearly communicate data, context, and implications
Independent thinker, self-starter
Strong ability to partner and influence to results
BS required, MBA or equivalent work experience with proven results a plus
