Product Manager, Product Lifecycle (inbound/outbound), developer of social entertainment applications

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, defining and tracking key metrics, and working closely with engineering, sales, and support to ensure growth, engagement, revenue and customer satisfaction
goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Managing product development including product specifications
  and messaging
. Managing the entire product life cycle from conception to development to release
. Quantitative analysis of product/key metrics
. Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering and QA, track
  product development, and develop product launch plans
. Engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best
  technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedule
. Be an expert with respect to the competition
. Own the product metrics and responsibility for the ultimate success of the product

REQUIREMENTS:

. Passion for writing product specifications and building engaging applications
. Outstanding creativity plus stellar written and oral communication skills
. Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details
. An enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player with an
  unparalleled work ethic and desire to win
. Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
. BA/BS degree (CS, EE, Math, Stats preferred)
. Innate ability to understand customers
. Strong knowledge of the consumer internet space

Desirable Skills:
. Proven ability in developing winning product strategies for consumer internet space
. Experience with social media, virtual economies, gaming, or developing advertising products a plus
