International Web Producer Part Time

Linden Lab (creators of Second Life) is looking for a part-time contract web producer to produce content on our international websites. This position will work approximately 10 hours per week but could expand after a few months. This role works closely with our International and Localization teams and will include production of PR areas, website content updates, new localized content integration and design manipulation to meet particular market/locale requirements.


Requirements:

• A good eye for design, we will likely ask for examples of previous work
• Over 3 years of international website production experience
• An understanding of i18n issues in web production is a plus
• Proficient with HTML and PHP
• Website design background a plus
• Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Japanese, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese;
• An extreme attention to detail
• Be a team player with an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Experience with Second Life is not required, however you should be familiar with Second Life and common website localization issues.
