Java Engineer

We work on large scale analytics, advertising and mobile applications.

We are hiring senior and junior Java software Engineers to write server-side code for internal and external use applications. We are looking for well-rounded developers who know how to create robust high-volume production applications, and can also develop prototypes quickly. You should have a good understanding of, and practical experience with, Java web application development.


Requirements:

Required:
- Proficient JAVA web developer (webapps, web services, clustered environments)
- SQL (MySQL favored as well as java ORM tools)
- Firm grasp of Object Oriented programming principles
- Experience with internet facing applications and scalable web systems
- Clean and well structured code

Bonus:
- Spring, Struts2, Hibernate, iBatis
- Scripting experience (php, javascript, perl, sh, etc)
- Regular Expressions

For the gold star:
- Hadoop and/or MapReduce experience
- Netbeans or other IDE proficiency
- Ajax
- Sysadmin skills (installing and maintaining runtime environments)
