CBS RADIO continues to make aggressive moves to converge new and traditional media through creative programming and advanced delivery methods. We are looking for an experienced technologist to join our team who has a passion for music and radio and can envision its interactivity in the digital world. Our audio platform serves the largest number of listeners in the world and is the engine behind both Yahoo!, AOL Radio and all CBS Radio Terrestrial stations.

As part of the fast growing core services team you will be integral in architecting and implementing the infrastructure that will support CBS Radio and its millions of users.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop, troubleshoot, debug, deliver, deploy, maintain, and document multi-tiered, real time, large-scale complex web services using the latest .NET (C#) technology.
• Potential travel between Manhattan headquarters and LA development studios (<15%)

Requirements:
• In depth knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, .NET frameworks, Multi-threaded Programming. 3.0 experience big plus, in particular WCF and WF.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (computer science, engineering) or equivalent training and experience
• 3 years of related work experience
• Knowledge in online development and social software development
• Exposure to Digital Media and Broadcast Operations is a plus
• Knowledge of IT based environments and Technology Development Methodologies
• Database languages like SQL and familiarity with ODBC. Experienced in writing stored procedures and query optimization.
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
• Familiarity with process modeling techniques
• Familiarity with UML Modeling (Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Deployment Diagram, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Motivated with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
