Inside SALES Representative

Position Summary:

ChoiceStream seeks an inside sales representative to develop new business and drive revenue opportunities through existing account growth for ChoiceStream’s online advertising product and behavioral targeting solution.  In this role, the representative will work closely with both the Advertising Business team as well as Sales & Marketing to identify candidates for the ChoiceStream Solution.

Ideally this position is based out of ChoiceStream’s Cambridge, MA office in Kendall Square.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include:

·       Develop plans for penetrating new market opportunities.

·       Identify and qualify marketing leads to develop new business prospects

·       Educate prospective clients about ChoiceStream products and solutions

·       Responsible for closing new customers and developing and upselling existing customers.

·       Collaborate with business development, corporate marketing and product management/marketing to create and facilitate new programs including transition from “Pilot to Pay” for new accounts.

·       Meet and exceed outbound call and sales quota targets.

Requirements:

The job requires a competitive personality, technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.  Qualifications include:

 

·       3-5 years inside sales experience selling value-based software solutions or online advertising products in a quota-based environment

·       Prior experience with online display ads, media sales or ad products

·       Prior experience in the online retail industry is a plus

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

·       Excellent oral communication skills along with the desire to engage with customers over the phone

·       Fast learner and competitive personality

·       Consultative selling style

·       Technology savvy, early adopter

·       Team player who is self-motivated and self-directed

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce automation tools
