As a developer on the Metastorm eWork application, this individual will be responsible for: taking business requirements documents and converting them into technical specifications; coding the application to meet those technical specifications; testing their own code and conducting peer reviews of code to meet the business requirements for the application; troubleshooting the current production environment where defects have been identified and correcting those; providing operational support for the application (scheduled rotational weekly on-call list with rest of development team); supporting QA in their testing efforts of the application.
.NET 2.0 on SQL2005 environment running Metastorm BPM (7.5) and Hyperion report (9.2). A third party vendor application (Metastorm) is at the core of the application with a custom-developed .NET application used for configuring questions and then rendering a questionnaire that is displayed in Metastorm (eWork).
