Developing and consistently seeking to improve a real-time search engine that is used by millions of people around the world.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Java and Linux
  • Theoretical and practical background in search technology
  • Vast experience with back-end systems development
  • Experience with mobile technologies including WAP and SMS/MMS
  • Strong passion in developing/programming and debugging commercial grade software
  • Experienced in and desire to work in a fast-paced iterative product development environment
  • Experience working on high traffic/ high availability / large consumer facing websites
  • Self-motivated and driven individual who wants to take ownership of features and projects
  • Comfortable working in a less-structured environment around rapidly changing technologies

Preferred Experience:

  • BS/MSCS or equivalent
  • Experience with java MVC frameworks
