Join our highly intelligent team.  We currently have an opportunity for an experienced SEM Sr. Campaign Analyst in our Oklahoma City office

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Campaign Analyst, SEM, is responsible for the development, analysis and reporting of all of Stormwest’s Paid Search Campaigns. The SEM Senior Campaign Analyst will perform sophisticated best practice analysis, continuously optimize online marketing strategy, and develop business rule modeling using financial models, predictive forecasts, and SEM performance data.

Collect, audit, and analyze complex SEM data sets on a daily and monthly basis to identify market trends and traffic anomalies

  • Build forecast models based on internal and external data and test assumptions to improve accuracy by using mathematical principles for Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling and Regression using multiple data sources
  • Support the SEM group with scheduled and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and other data driven business strategies
  • Track, monitor and manage performance of SEM product portfolio to ensure that campaigns are performing to set performance/quality metrics.
  • Develop new strategies, tools and techniques for improved Campaign performance
  • Ability to marry SEM performance to internally defined metrics
  • Ability to speak and build relationships with outside vendors and Search Engines
  • Analyze Campaign architecture and to recommend improvements and optimizations
  • Managing all technical aspects of SEM projects including: launch requirements, analysis, development, testing and site architecture build outs.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify important data points and drive business decisions that maximize revenue and minimize cost including refining bidding strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 - 6 years in a marketing, product, or statistical analysis role focused on data analysis, forecasting, and data modeling, with emphasis on SEM performance knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Non Google analytics tools such as comScore, Hitwise, and Omniture
  • Expert Excel and strong knowledge of MS Access and other relational databases to perform SQL queries desired.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing industry, bidding strategies, trend analysis and performance measurements
  • Quick-to-learn, self-starter with motivation to grow a business and advance own career
  • Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills; must work effectively with team members and management.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts using straightforward explanations customized to a disparate group of stakeholders, from engineering to executive management
  • BA or BS degree in business, mathematics, economics, statistics or other related discipline preferred.
