Job Description:
- 10 to 15 years experience preferably all of that in BMC Remedy and related solutions
- Experience of interacting with very senior executives in client organization to gather high level business requirement and able to guide them
- BMC Remedy ITSM 7 – experience of multiple implementations
- Experience of working in large bank environment is preferred
- Experience of working in all phases of project required – guiding in preparation of vision statement, requirements gathering, design, development, participation in UAT and user training
- RAC certification and ITSM 7 certification is good to have
Project Duration: 3-6 Months
