What You'll Do

In this position, you will work closely with the Community Manager throughout the duration of the community and will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the functionality and vibrancy of the community
• Configuring each community based on client preferences
• Providing technical and functional support to clients during the implementation process and ongoing
• Writing and disseminating weekly communications to community members announcing what is new in the community
• Owning community building and member engagement
• Delivering content to the community
• Attending and participating in standing meetings to keep internal and client teams informed about what is going on in the community and to plan future activities
• Supporting data reporting requests
• Supporting member retention efforts, community refresh processes, and member appreciation fulfillment
• Assisting with special projects as needed

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Photoshop and HTML preferred
• Candidates with complete fluency in foreign languages are encouraged to apply
