Microsoft Account Team Unit Manager
Redmond, WA
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Managing the most diverse and complex Microsoft customer accounts. This individual will be managing large Strategic Enterprise Account Managers and/or a Global Enterprise Account team that is generating significant and sustained Microsoft revenue worldwide. Responsible for team revenue quota attainment; develop and drive business strategy, planning and execution; managing a sales team and a diverse set of accounts; customer satisfaction and the ability to add value to customer relations and overall account goals.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Business Management experience--proven skills and experience for delivering on short term objectives while building a solid base for long term growth; People Management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate others. Sales teamwork with a high degree of cross group collaboration. Solutions Sales experience with a demonstrated knowledge and utilization of solutions sales techniques. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, project management and presentation skills.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated successful territory and sales management experience in the Global/Strategic/Major corporate environment. A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience preferred. Modest travel required.
