Person must. . .

have successful experiences responding to RFPs, particularly with website development and online applications.

be able to operate without supervision.

be well connected, set up for lead generation

have some familiarity with new media (i.e. social media)

You can work from home, it's not important where you are, just that you are producing.

Part or Full-Time.
