SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a Web UI designer to build world-class user experience for Fixya.com. We are looking for relevant experience in visual design and user interaction design. The position requires a passion for details as well as the big picture. You will be part of a design & product team, starting with initial brainstorming and ideation, and most importantly designing all the visual elements of the site as part of the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meticulously think through every aspect of FixYa's user experience, putting users' needs and expectations first.
• Create mockups of UI designs and page components that optimize different site objectives.
• Create graphic designs for banner ads, landing pages, and other monetization modules.
• Create all graphical assets needed to develop a web interface including icons, controls, and layout elements
• Analyze, design, and architect successful user experiences

SKILLS
• 2-5 years experience designing and implementing user interfaces for websites.
• Excellent web UI design skills, including screen layouts, information design, understanding of color, and typography.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and self-manage to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
