Junior Java Web Developer

1. Talking with clients to figure out what problems need to be solved

2. Brainstorming and vetting different approaches with the team

3. Documenting the designs and actually producing the system

We're looking for candidates that are eager to learn every facet of the web development life cycle.  An ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

1. Experience of 0-3 years

2. Demonstrated interest and aptitude in web technologies

3. Coursework or work experience involving Java

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
